Wells Fargo to sell South Minneapolis Home Mortgage building

Wells Fargo plans to shut and promote its House Mortgage campus alongside I-35 in South Minneapolis because it consolidates operations to 3 places of work throughout the Twin Cities.

Driving the information: The financial institution introduced Monday that it plans to maneuver all non-customer-facing staff to places of work in downtown Minneapolis and Shoreview.

  • The corporate can even shut its leased places of work in St. Louis Park as a part of the consolidation plan. Financial institution department staff is not going to be impacted.
