Milwaukee teacher’s aide accused; assault of teen, child enticement

MILWAUKEE – A 33-year-old Milwaukee man faces a number of felony expenses together with sexual assault of a kid for alleged actions that occurred at a Milwaukee Public Faculty. The accused is Randell Jefferson – and he faces the next felony counts: 

• Second-degree sexual assault of a kid (<16 years of age)
• Little one enticement (three counts)
• Soliciting a baby for prostitution (three counts)
• Exposing a baby to dangerous materials (three counts)

Based on the felony criticism, detectives spoke on Sept. 8, 2022 with a teenage lady relating to a sexual assault. The teenager indicated that in Could 2021 “she was sexually assaulted at Oliver Wendell Houses Faculty” in Milwaukee. The teenager indicated a trainer’s aide identified to her as Mr. Jefferson, and later recognized because the defendant, “made feedback to her about boys eager to do sexual issues to (the teenager) and speaking to (the teenager) about pornography,” the criticism says.

The criticism says on June 1, the defendant took the teenager a room generally used for after-school actions and allegedly had inappropriate contact with the teenager. The teenager didn’t say something about this contact “till she informed her mom round September 1, 2022,” the criticism says. The teenager “acknowledged she felt uncomfortable speaking about it and that the defendant had a ‘buff construct.’”

On April 28, 2023, officers responded to Oliver Wendell Holmes Faculty and spoke to the principal who acknowledged that “a number of college students knowledgeable him that they had been solicited for sexual favors by a trainer,” the criticism says. The defendant was once more recognized because the trainer.

In interviews with police, “the defendant confirmed that he runs the after college program and helped coach monitor. The defendant admitted that he has do-it-yourself pornographic materials on his telephone, however denied exhibiting the pornography to any of the scholars. The pornographic movies depicted the defendant receiving oral intercourse from numerous females – per what the victims indicated they had been proven on the defendant’s telephone,” the criticism says.

Jefferson made his preliminary look in Milwaukee County court docket on Thursday, Could 4. Money bond was set at $50,000.
