MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee police responded to the scene of a taking pictures close to twelfth and Atkinson Sunday night, Sept. 4.
It occurred round 6 p.m.
The extent of accidents is unclear at the moment.
Investigators are trying into what led to the taking pictures.
It is unknown whether or not any arrests have been made.
