Whitmer challenges Michigan students to design creative cover for State of the State program
(CBS DETROIT) – Gov. Gretchen Whitmer introduced an artwork contest for Okay-12 college students to design a artistic cowl for the 2023 State of the State program.
College students are challenged to design a canopy with the theme “What makes Michigan sturdy?”
