Michigan Gov. Whitmer declares state of emergency for Marquette County after flash floods in May

MARQUETTE COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer declared a state of emergency for Marquette County after thunderstorms and flash flooding brought about widespread injury in Might.
