Rollover crash on Kansas Turnpike leaves 1 in serious condition

The Kansas Highway Patrol said that at 7:31 p.m. 28-year-old Jason Moore was driving west on I-70 when he lost control, left the road and rolled three times. Moore suffered minor injuries but his passenger, 23-year-old Isaac Feliciano, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
