INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Tony Dungy, former head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, issued an apology Saturday for a now-deleted tweet after he shared an city fable this week about transgender and nonbinary youngsters.

On Wednesday, Dungy referenced the debunked “litter field” fable in his response to a tweet by The Day by day Wire, a distinguished conservative web site, a couple of Minnesota Home invoice requiring menstrual merchandise in boys’ college loos.
