State police report multiple crashes on icy roads southeast of Indianapolis

COLUBMUS, Ind. (WISH) — A Indiana State Police district serving counties southeast of Indianapolis says icy situations have been inflicting a number of crashes Monday night time.

Extra troopers have been known as as much as cope with the rise in crashes, the Versailles publish stated on social media.

Photographs with the social media announcement confirmed a crash on I-65 northbound in Bartholomew County a number of miles north of the Seymour and Jonesville exit for State Highway 11. Just one lane was open about 10:30 p.m. Monday.

The Versailles publish serves Bartholomew, Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties.
