IMPD: Man found dead in downtown Indianapolis had been stabbed

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person discovered useless on a road in downtown Indianapolis early Tuesday had been stabbed, police mentioned.

At round 1 a.m., police and medics obtained a report of a deceased particular person at 200 S. Illinois St. That’s on the intersection of Illinois and Georgia Streets, simply south of Circle Centre Mall and straight east of the Indiana Conference Heart.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Division officers arrived and located the person, who had no less than one stab wound. He was pronounced useless on the scene, IMPD says.

The person’s demise is being investigated as a murder. Police haven’t shared any details about the sufferer or any doable suspects.
