DETROIT – A summer time camp for teenagers is returning to Detroit’s Belle Isle.

The Detroit Historic Society has introduced that its summer time camp is returning to the Detroit island on the finish of June.

The camp will probably be held on the Dossin Nice Lakes Museum on Belle Isle. The weeklong interactive week will deal with how the Detroit River serves our area.

Campers can even be taught concerning the dynamic ecosystems impacted by the Detroit River and the historical past of the physique of water.

The camp is for youngsters ages 8 by means of 12 and can happen June 26-30. Camp Detroit prices $250 per pupil and contains each day snacks, lunches, and admission to the Belle Isle services.
