Belleville, Detroit King repeat as state football champions

(WXYZ) — Belleville beat Caledonia 35-17 within the Division 1 soccer championship and Detroit King beat Muskegon 56-27 within the Division 3 closing Saturday at Ford Area.

Bryce Underwood threw two landing passes and added a 48-yard speeding landing because the Tigers (14-0) received a state title for the second straight season.

Reigning Mr. Soccer Award winner Dante Moore threw 4 landing passes to present the Crusaders (10-3) their second straight title and fifth at school historical past.
