CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – In line with the Ohio Division of Transportation (ODOT), street work is now full on Kinsman Highway on East 93rd Avenue, one of many 150 most harmful roads in Ohio.

Officers say the intersection was prioritized for security enhancements after Governor Mike Dewine requested ODOT to determine the 150 most harmful intersections in Ohio.

A security examine reported 114 crashes over a three-year interval, 38% of these crashes leading to accidents, officers say.

ODOT officers say the venture added left flip lanes from all 4 corners of the intersection, accomplished minor widening work, and upgraded visitors alerts.

“I’m assured that these new flip lanes will make a distinction at this intersection, leading to fewer crashes and accidents,” mentioned Governor DeWine. “Making journey safer for motorists throughout Ohio is, and can proceed to be, a prime precedence of my administration.”
