CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 15-year-old boy has been lacking for 2 weeks and Cleveland police have requested for the neighborhood’s assist to search out him.

Donovan Higgins was final seen on July 14 at a home on the 4000 block of W. 53rd Avenue, police mentioned.

Donovan is 5 toes, 8 inches and weighs 140 kilos, police mentioned.

Donovan was final seen carrying a tan hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants, police mentioned.
