Northeast Ohio cleaning up after heavy rains

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Willoughby was pounded by hail initially of Saturday’s storms.

Then, darkish clouds opened up throughout Northeast Ohio with rainfall that rapidly drenched the realm.

Two to a few inches of rain fell in a really brief time frame, wreaking havoc on roads and highways.
