Grand jury indicts Cleveland man for deadly shooting at gas station

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cuyahoga County Grand jury indicted a 32-year-old Cleveland man for a lethal capturing at a Cleveland fuel station.

Bobby Buchanan Jr. was indicted on the fees of aggravated homicide, homicide, felonious assault, having weapons whereas below incapacity, failure to adjust to order of police officer, and tried homicide.

Cleveland police mentioned Buchanan fatally shot a 50-year-old Euclid father on the Shell Gasoline Station on the nook of St. Clair Avenue and E. one centesimal Avenue round 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 3.

In response to police, Anthony Wynn was shot within the stomach and thigh and died from his accidents at College Hospitals.

Police mentioned Wynn was at one fuel pump and Buchanan was at a separate fuel pump when the capturing occurred.

After the capturing, Buchanan fled the scene.

He was taken into custody by Cleveland police on Dec. 4.

Buchanan is being held on a $1 million bond and can return to courtroom on Dec. 22.
