CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – An East Cleveland police officer indicted on a number of felonies for allegedly stealing from folks whereas on obligation, pleaded not responsible at his arraignment in Cuyahoga County Widespread Pleas Court docket Tuesday morning.
