Cleveland State Men’s Golf Secures Fourth Place Finish at Butler Spring Invitational
Indianapolis, IN-The Cleveland State males’s golf workforce wrapped up a profitable two days on the Butler Spring Invitational. The Vikings completed fourth as a workforce with a three-day complete of 854 for a 14-over par workforce rating. Ball State gained the occasion with a rating of 22-under par.
Jack Hanus completed at 1-over par for the event, closing with a spherical of 71 to complete in a tie for 11th place. Hanus shot the low nine-hole rating of the day for the Vikings with a 34 on the entrance aspect. He carded three birdies in a five-hole stretch on holes three via seven to complete in purple figures.
Andrew Kaye shot an excellent par spherical of 70 balancing two birdies and two bogeys to complete at 3-over. Kaye ended the event in a tie for 18th place.
Gunnar McCollins and David Laib every recorded top-40 finishes. McCollins completed at 6-over in a tie for 34th after carding a 73 within the ultimate spherical. Laib completed a shot behind at 7-over par after a closing 76.
Brody Simms completed his event with a 78 within the ultimate spherical to complete at 11-over via three rounds. Simms completed in a tie for 51st place.
Alex Anderson recorded a 1-over rating of 71 within the third spherical to complete the event at 3-over enjoying as a person. Mason Frazier and Jonny Filler additionally competed as people, Frazier completed at 16-over in a tie for 66th place, and Filler completed tied for 85th with a 26-over par complete for the three rounds.
The Vikings are off subsequent week earlier than returning to competitors on the Jewell Invitational in Batavia, OH scheduled for April 10-11.
