Cleveland Heights creating lead-safe legislation
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Heights metropolis officers are holding a public listening to on Sept. 12 to debate lead-safe laws.
If permitted, this may assist stop lead poisoning.
Metropolis officers mentioned the brand new laws would require all residential rental items constructed earlier than Jan. 1, 1978 to be licensed as lead secure.
The listening to can be held at 7 p.m. on Sept. 12 at Cleveland Heights Metropolis Corridor, 40 Severance Circle.
