CLEVELAND — With prices for nearly every thing going up, households are struggling to make ends meet. For these having a tough time paying water and sewer payments, CHN Housing Companions might be able to assist.

The nonprofit is main a brand new program known as the Low Earnings Family Water Help Program (LIHWAP), which started on Jan. 18, 2022 and can finish on Sept. 30, 2022. We’re instructed the state-funded program was incepted in October 2021.
