Older brother, 2nd man charged in shooting death of 4-year-old in Pennsylvania
The Chester County District Lawyer’s Workplace and Coatesville Metropolis Police introduced the arrests of Victor Lara-Ortiz, 18, and William Thomas, 31, on Tuesday.
Authorities have been referred to as to the house on Feb. 28 for the report of a kid with a gunshot wound to the pinnacle. Roman Aguilera-Ortiz, 4, was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

Lara-Ortiz is the older brother of 4-year-old Roman.

Thomas was charged with illegally buying and transferring the firearm to Lara-Ortiz, supply of firearms to a minor, tried purchases of unlawful firearms, and associated offenses. Each males are from Coatesville.
“For the protection of everybody, lock up your weapons. This heartbreaking and tragic dying of an harmless youngster was 100% preventable, and now a household has to stay with the devastating penalties for the remainder of their lives. My deepest condolences exit to them,” Coatesville Metropolis Police Chief Jack Laufer stated.
