Ulta Beauty tapped Paula Oyibo to succeed Scott Settersten as chief financial officer.

The beauty retailer said Settersten informed the company of his decision to retire as financial chief, treasurer and assistant secretary after nearly 20 years with the company. His retirement is effective April 1.
