BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem’s price range and finance director has been terminated, in response to a press release from town.
Mark Sivak was terminated for violation of quite a few metropolis insurance policies following a Metropolis of Bethlehem investigation that started in January 2022, in response to town’s assertion.
Sivak’s conduct is the topic of an ongoing police investigation, town mentioned.
The town mentioned it couldn’t present extra info at the moment.
The District Lawyer’s Workplace mentioned Friday there wouldn’t be an arrest or expenses Friday in reference to the investigation. The DA’s workplace mentioned it will present extra particulars after they grow to be out there.
