Thor: Love and Thunder (Now exhibiting in theatres)
This movie is rated PG-13 – for language, violence, very transient nudity, and kids in peril.
Like half of America, this weekend I went to see the brand new Marvel movie, Thor: Love and Thunder, and it’s good. Not nice, however a stable outing from Marvel and the Mouse Overlord at Disney.
Firing up the money machine within the backside of the Mouse Home, the most recent entry into the Marvel Universe is bound to make a ton of cash, and that’s nice for our native theatre and it’s time nicely spent for the viewer.
Choosing up after Endgame, Thor: Love and Thunder has quite a bit going for it. It has a reasonably first rate story, some nice cameos (Zeus is hysterical, however I can not perceive why Zeus, a Greek God, has an Italian accent), and excellent visible results.
Again once more is Chris Helmsworth and his gang, and doing her finest “I’m a block of wooden with the emotional vary of a rock impression,” Natalie Portman is on board as Thor’s ex-girlfriend, Jane Foster.
Add in a operating gag with two big goats, and you’ve got a really satisfying expertise within the cinema.
I give it a stable three out of 5 stars. Let’s face it, you’re going to see it. Everyone seems to be. So sit again and luxuriate in it, however I do wish to say this: I really like going to the Cosmo! It’s not simply that they’ve nice costs, it’s the truth that they’re usually pleased to see you there. And I really like that the concession people know what I’m going to order earlier than I even get to the counter. At all times clear, at all times pleasant, I really like our native cinema. Lengthy reside the Cosmo!
494 days till Dune Half 2. Simply sayin’.
