U.S. warns servicing or refueling some Russian-owned planes may violate trade restrictions.

The Commerce Division stated on Friday that it had recognized 100 industrial and personal plane that had violated U.S. export controls by flying into Russia and that their homeowners, operators and servicers had been prone to substantial jail time, fines, lack of export privileges or different restrictions.
