8:52 a.m. â A 911 caller reported a physical altercation and threats from a subject who reportedly stole his wallet on Joyce Drive and was waiting for law enforcement on Whiting Street. The subject threatened to kill the reporting party.
10:32 a.m. â Vandalism was reported on East Main Street and Hughes Street at approximately 9 p.m. Tires of a vehicle were slashed and a nearby business has made video footage available.
4:33 p.m. â A tenant that had been served papers to move out of a residence at Washington and Harper Street was reported to be trying to gain access to a unit in the back of the building. The caller stated that the subject has a history of substance abuse and possibly mental illness.
5:02 p.m. â A 911 caller reported that a female who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol at the Sutton Way Department of Motor Vehicles grabbed the reporting partyâs son by the neck. The employee locked the door when the subject exited the building.
9:00 p.m. â An adult was arrested after a vehicle stop on West Main and Gilmore Street, and a vehicle was towed. The subject was charged with possession of a controlled substance and grand theft and booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility in Nevada City.
10:37 p.m. â A 911 caller reported that he was beat up by a woman on South Auburn and Bank Street. The caller went there to collect some money that he had loaned the subject and her boyfriend when the disturbance occurred. No injuries were reported.

9:19 a.m. â A reporting party off of Lindley Avenue and Hoover Lane reported a 26 foot long Uhaul was stolen and it was full of items. Advanced towing on the landline advised Uhaul had them tow the vehicle and requested to contact the reporting party to get all of her belongings.
9:24 a.m. â A reporting party off of Bost Avenue requested law enforcement for a client that is screaming and causing a verbal disturbance and is outside refusing to leave. The subject, possible under the influence of a controlled substance, was accusing staff of doing something inappropriate.
3:13 p.m. â A 911 caller off of Helling Way reported she wants to feel safe, sub
7:43 p.m. â A reporting party off of Argall Way reported a transient male thatâs been locked in the bathroom for over an hour. The business is about to close and they requested he be moved along. The adult was arrested.

7:16 a.m. â A caller off of McCourtney Road reported someone shot a 12 gauge shotgun out of the residence at subject they thought were coming to steal marijuana. The RP advised that the subject is on bail for having a firearm and drugs.
8:16 a.m. â A caller off of Chestnut Court reported an ill skunk that has been there all night and possibly has rabies.
11:03 a.m. â A reporting party off of Tammy Way reported an altercation where a subject called the country club impersonating a law enforcement officer asking to speak to the manager.
12:24 p.m. â A caller off of Highway 20 at Harmony Ridge Market reported two dogs running in and out of the roadway reporting that this is an ongoing issue.
2:52 p.m. â Behavioral Health was requesting assessment on a female at the North San Juan Community Center who is possibly gravely disabled with possible health issues.
3:23 p.m. â A reporting party said her daughters red snowboard was stolen yesterday from Boreal Ski Resort.
7:42 p.m. â A reporting party calling from out of state reported her dog was at a trainer for two months and was supposed to pick up the dog soon but was told today that the dog was hit by a car off of Highway 174 and is no longer alive.
9:33 p.m. â A 911 caller off of Lola Montez Lane and Donner Pass Road reported a truck stuck in the snow.
11:39 p.m. â A 911 caller from out of the area is seeing someone on camera trespassing on property off of Jon Eric Court. The subject was unable to be located.
