Turnovers Hurt Tongue River Boys Basketball Team In Semi-Final Loss Vs. Wyoming Indian

The Tongue River boys basketball team turned the ball over 23 times, which Wyoming Indian converted into 27 points, as the Chiefs would defeat the Eagles in the 2A Boys Basketball Semi-Finals 55-41

WIHS scored the first points of the game and led throughout.

TR was down 13 at halftime, cut the deficit to 4 in the 3rd quarter, but got no closer.

Logan Rosics and Colter Hanft each scored 10 points for Tongue River, who will play in the 3rd place vs. Wright on Saturday, March 2nd at 3pm at Casper College.

The Eagles have won the 3rd place trophy in each of the past 2 years.
