SHERIDAN — The Wyoming Arts Council not too long ago introduced the recipients of this 12 months’s Fellowships in Visible Arts, Inventive Writing, Performing Arts and the Native Artwork Fellowship.
Julie Huebner of Sheridan, together with Ron Coulter of Casper, earned Performing Arts Fellowships in Music.
