1 dies in Monday Uinta County rollover crash as driver ejected from car

LYMAN, Wyo. — A Wyoming motorist died in a single-vehicle wreck in Uinta County on Monday that saw her ejected from the car.

According to reports from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, 28-year-old Destany Rose was headed east along Interstate 80 when the car began drifting off the right side of the road. Rose then overcorrected to the left, causing the vehicle to cross to the other side of the road and begin rotating counterclockwise in a skid.

The car eventually left the road and fell down a steep embankment, rolling twice. During the crash, Rose was ejected from the car.
