Washington Winegrowers Appointed New Board Member – Wine Industry Advisor
Arredondo first attended culinary college in Scottsdale, AZ and went on to work in a wide range of skilled kitchens in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Los Angeles. Whereas in Los Angeles, he obtained a scholarship to proceed his schooling on the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. In Italy, Arredondo found his love for wine, and returned to the U.S. to attend the Walla Walla Viticulture and Enology program. In 2006, Arredondo began at Cave B Property Vineyard as an assistant winemaker, and have become head winemaker in 2008. Since then, Arredondo has obtained a number of awards and accolades, most just lately incomes a 92-point rating from the Wine Panel for his 2018 Malbec. Arredondo and his spouse, former Winegrowers board member Carrie Arredondo, dwell on the Cave B property and have two youngsters.
