Washington State man indicted for sex trafficking and production of child pornography

Seattle – A 32-year-old Washington State man was indicted this week for seven federal felonies regarding intercourse trafficking, manufacturing of kid pornography, and unlawful firearms possession, introduced U.S. Lawyer Nick Brown.  Dominique Terrel Gonzales resided in each Seattle and Vancouver, Washington, throughout the interval when he preyed on younger ladies, forcing them into prostitution.  Gonzales has been in federal custody since his arrest for unlawful firearms possession in August 2020.

The indictment follows a prolonged investigation by legislation enforcement in Idaho, Southwest Washington, and Seattle.  Gonzales is charged with:

  • Intercourse trafficking of a minor – punishable by a compulsory minimal ten years in jail and as much as life in jail.
  • Transportation of a juvenile to interact in prostitution – punishable by a compulsory minimal ten years in jail and as much as life in jail.
  • Manufacturing of kid pornography – punishable by a compulsory minimal 15 years in jail and as much as life in jail.
  • Two counts of intercourse trafficking of an grownup by drive, fraud, and coercion – every punishable by a compulsory minimal 15 years in jail and as much as life in jail.
  • Transportation of an grownup for the aim of prostitution by coercion and enticement – punishable by as much as ten years in jail.
