New Washington, D.C. Documentary Film Festival To Launch

Plans are within the works to launch a brand new documentary movie pageant in Washington, D.C. in June 2023, with a launch occasion to happen later this month.

Jamie Shor, president of PR Collaborative, and Sky Sitney, director of the movie and media research program at Georgetown College, are founders of the brand new occasion, known as DC/DOX.

The announcement comes after the AFI introduced earlier this yr that it could merge AFI Docs this yr into the AFI Fest in Los Angeles in November.
