SPANISH FORK — A Spanish Fork man was arrested Friday after police say he made bomb threats towards a hospital and its ambulance bay as a result of he did not need to be billed for ambulance transportation.
The 45-year-old man known as an undisclosed hospital on Friday and “made threats to explode the hospital and throw spikes within the ambulance bay” as a result of “he was sad his spouse can be transported in an ambulance,” in response to a police reserving affidavit.
