Man faces terrorism charges for allegedly threatening customers in Utah County store

OREM — A person who police say pressured an Orem retailer to evacuate when he threatened to kill everybody inside, is now going through a number of prices.
Boyd McQuade Winn, 26, of Nice Grove, was charged Monday in 4th District Court docket with business terrorism, a second-degree felony; making a terroristic menace, a third-degree felony; and prison mischief, a category A misdemeanor.
On Thursday, Winn entered Passion Foyer, at 360 W. College Parkway, “and started shouting that he was going to kill somebody, pointing his fingers as if they have been pistols and started pulling product from the cabinets, breaking objects,” in keeping with charging paperwork.
As buyers started working, Winn adopted a few of them, whereas saying, “Do not run, do not conceal,” the costs state.
Emergency dispatchers acquired a number of 911 calls from folks within the retailer, some stating that Winn “gave the impression to be indignant as he was clinching his fist as he continued to yell within the retailer.
