French fry mayhem impacting I-15 in both directions

PROVO — A large spill of French fries on I-15 in Provo is affecting traffic in both directions on Sunday.
A semitruck traveling on northbound I-15 near 1450 South rolled for an undetermined reason, the Utah Highway Patrol said.
The incident caused an extra large quantity of fries to be scattered across multiple lanes of traffic.
Three left lanes are closed on both directions of the freeway, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. Delays of more than 15 minutes are being reported in the area as of 7:30 p.m.
The cleanup is expected to take several hours, troopers said.
The driver of the semitruck has minor injuries, according to the UHP.
