Crews fight two roadside fires in Utah Sunday afternoon
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah — Two roadside fires sparked in Utah Sunday afternoon. One close to Leeds, Utah, and the opposite close to Birdseye, Utah.
Roadside fireplace close to Birdseye
Utah Freeway Patrol reported on its Twitter a roadside fireplace close to Birdseye in southeastern Utah County.
Troopers and fireplace personnel are responding to a grass fireplace on US89 mm 298 close to Birdseye. If touring within the space please use warning and anticipate closures because the crews work. pic.twitter.com/xBLaaB5nH5

In response to the tweet, the hearth was close to US Freeway 89 close to mile marker 298.
UHP says the hearth is below management however encourages all vacationers within the space to make use of warning and anticipate closures as crews work on the blaze.
“Please keep in mind to examine your car for dragging chains or anything that might trigger sparks,” it mentioned in a tweet. “Don’t park a sizzling car on dry grass and please don’t throw lighted supplies from automobiles.”
No accidents have been reported right now.

Utah Division of Transportation took to its Twitter to announce a second fireplace had begun close to Leeds in Washington County.

In response to the tweet, the hearth began close to southbound I-15 at milepost 26. Milepost 26 is three miles northeast of Leeds.
UHP Corporal Chris Bishop says a pickup truck caught fireplace, inflicting a brush fireplace. Moreover, he says the driving force was in a position to vacate their car.
Right now, no accidents or disruptions to the roadway have been reported.
