Block Drops are an open invitation to the group to return out and clear West Seattle by yourself time, utilizing cleanup stations we’ll drop off in several neighborhood areas every week. We then come again later within the day to care for the collected trash with the assistance of Seattle Public Utilities.
Paige, Evelyn, and Emma developed their undertaking over the pandemic hoping to have interaction fellow West Seattleites to grow to be the answer to a cleaner group. Their program presents weekly alternatives to reside as much as the Scouting excellent of leaving the world a greater place than we discovered it.
Learn extra about their program at byandby.org/block-drops and take part on their first Drop Friday at Alki Seashore (9 am-3 pm), or any of the 4 Drops they’ll be making subsequent week.
