SEATTLE — Seattle’s unemployment charge continues to bounce again higher than almost each different metropolis in america. WalletHub launched a report titled “Cities Whose Unemployment Charges Are Bouncing Again Most” on Wednesday, and the Emerald Metropolis ranked thirteenth.
