Seattle’s Hernandez, Pollock homer twice in win over Angels
SEATTLE — Teoscar Hernández and AJ Pollock every hit two homers and mixed to drive in 9 runs, and the Seattle Mariners beat the Los Angeles Angels 11-2 on Tuesday evening.
Luis Castillo (1-0) turned in a second straight robust outing, permitting two hits and hanging out six in 5 2/3 shutout innings. Castillo has allowed no runs and three hits and struck out 12 in 11 2/3 innings over two begins.
