SEATTLE — Cyclists are moving into gear for the return of a well-liked bike trek.
The fortieth annual Seattle to Portland experience kicked off Saturday morning after being a digital occasion for the previous two years because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2-day occasion takes riders from the College of Washington to Holladay Park in Portland.
The bicycle experience is over 200 miles lengthy and cyclists can full it in both one or two days.
The occasion raises funds for the Cascade Bicycle Membership and Washington Bikes’ training and advocacy work.
Organizers count on 6,000 cyclists to take part.
