Man Injured in West Seattle Shooting – SPD Blotter

Police are investigating after a person was shot and wounded in West Seattle on Thursday afternoon.

At 4:35 p.m., police responded to the 7800 block of Detroit Avenue Southwest for experiences of a taking pictures. Arriving officers discovered a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg. Officers started first assist after which transferred care to Seattle Hearth Division medics upon their arrival. Medics transported the person to Harborview Medical Heart for added remedy for his apparently non-life-threatening damage.

In line with witnesses, there was an altercation between the sufferer and the suspect that escalated into the taking pictures. The suspect then fled the scene in a dark-colored sedan.

Officers processed the scene for proof, and detectives will proceed to analyze this incident.
