Juneteenth Closures for Seattle Parks and Recreation – Parkways

Many Seattle Parks and Recreation services might be closed Monday, June 20 in observance of Juneteenth.

These services and providers are CLOSED:

  • All recreation packages
  • Neighborhood facilities and teenage facilities
  • Environmental studying facilities
  • Indoor swimming swimming pools
  • Outside swimming swimming pools (open weekend-only June 18-19, after which open every day beginning Saturday, June 25)
  • Inexperienced Lake Small Craft Heart
  • Mount Baker Rowing and Crusing Heart
  • Amy Yee Tennis Heart (Closed June 19-20)
  • Seattle Japanese Backyard and Volunteer Park Conservatory (closed frequently on Mondays)

These services are OPEN on common schedules:

  • Parks
  • Boat ramps
  • Sprayparks
  • Interbay, Jackson Park, Jefferson Park and West Seattle golf programs
