‘It’s always sunny in Seattle, right?’ – Twitter reacts to wild Seahawks win on MNF over Eagles
The time for the annual Seattle Seahawks season miracle is upon us. With this victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, the Hawks are keeping hope alive after what has been quite literally the roughest stretch of football that we have seen during the Pete Carroll era. But the levity is still there, and that is what matters. While Drew Lock is certainly stealing the spotlight at the moment, he is gleefully sharing it with his teammates, including the injured-but-not-forgotten Geno Smith.
It doesn’t stop with the quarterbacks, either. The energy on this team is infectious, as you can see below.
Now that this team is back in the .500 zone, we can get back to focusing on what is really important like dogging on opposing franchises, or expressing thinly-veiled inflated confidence, or just simply asking valid questions about purchasing niche apparel (see below). Needless to say, reactions were all over the place. Mostly positive, but emotions can be difficult to capture… Picture help!
Drew Lock said before his final drive tonight that saved this #Seahawks season Geno Smith said to him on the sideline: “You’re the best player on the field! You are going to drive us down the field! You are going to get this done!” https://t.co/fzKAR1yDUW @thenewstribune

The #Seahawks defense really held the Eagles offense to just 17 points and pitched a shutout in the fourth quarter.
Incredible performance.

Dying at actually getting a jump on an obvious Pete offsides play and not actually snapping the ball
