I-5 reopened after icicles cleared off Seattle Convention Center tunnel
Three lanes of northbound Interstate 5 have been closed Thursday morning for the Washington State Division of Transportation to filter massive icicles from the ceiling of the Conference Heart tunnel.
I-90 closed close to North Bend after a number of collisions
All lanes have been reopened round 10:15 a.m. however WSDOT continues to be warning drivers that there could possibly be extra intermittent closures of northbound lanes till above-freezing temperatures are reached later this week.
UPDATE: There could also be intermittent full closures of the northbound I-5 lanes as our crews proceed to take away massive icicles from the tunnel ceiling beneath the @SeaConvCenter.
