Construction worker rescued after being pinned 45 feet in the air
Seattle firefighters rescued a 35-year-old development employee who was pinned on an elevated conveyor belt early Thursday round 8:40 this morning, close to the 5200 block of Shilshole Avenue North within the Ballard neighborhood.
“When our crews arrived on scene, they requested further assets to have a Rescue One firm right here to convey specialised tools to chop by means of a steel plate that was pinning down the development employee,” David Cuerpo, a Seattle Fireplace official, advised KIRO Newsradio. “On this case, the affected person was capable of stroll down the conveyor belt to paramedics beneath.”
