San Francisco sues companies for alleged illegal dumping on Treasure Island
SAN FRANCISCO – San Francisco Metropolis Lawyer David Chiu introduced Tuesday a lawsuit towards three corporations alleging they illegally dumped a number of tons of soil and different supplies on Treasure Island in 2019.
The swimsuit was filed towards Tip High Trucking, LLC, Neeve Engineering, Inc., and Neeve’s principal, Joseph Lawrence, in search of damages and penalties, after town spent $200,000 to have the supplies examined and eliminated, Chiu stated within the assertion.
