Arrest made after San Francisco man killed during break-in, police say
SAN FRANCISCO – A person in San Francisco has died after being fatally shot throughout a break-in, based on police.
Round 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, San Francisco police responded to a residence within the 100 block of Willard North on stories of a break-in. Upon arrival, they found a 42-year-old man affected by a gunshot wound.
The sufferer died on the scene, officers stated.
Police arrested 50-year-old Lev Tikhomirov of San Francisco and charged him with murder and felon in possession of a firearm, officers stated. Public data point out Tikhomirov is the proprietor of the residence that was damaged into.
Tikhomirov was later discovered and arrested within the 800 block of Bryant Road.
