Scorching heat prompts warning for county deserts

SAN DIEGO – Beginning Thursday, scorching warmth will grip components of San Diego County and is predicted to hold over into the weekend, the Nationwide Climate Service mentioned.

The federal company issued an extreme warmth warning for the county’s desert areas with temperatures as much as 117 levels potential. Along with native desert areas, the warning is relevant to the Coachella Valley and the San Gorgonio Cross close to town of Banning in Riverside County.
