Oregon man convicted of kidnapping after stealing car with baby inside
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A Washington County jury discovered a person responsible of kidnapping after he stole a automotive with a nine-month-old child inside in July, in accordance with the Washington County District Legal professional’s workplace.
