Oregon Ducks’ Spencer Webb was climbing ‘nearly vertical’ cliff at Triangle Lake when he fell to his death, per sheriff’s reports

Oregon Geese tight finish Spencer Webb was making an attempt to climb a “practically vertical” cliff at Triangle Lake when he misplaced his grip and tragically fell to his dying earlier this month, based on Lane County Sheriff’s Workplace incident studies.

Webb was declared deceased by West Lake Hearth Division personnel at 3:09 p.m. on July 13. Firefighters have been the primary to answer the scene, the place bystanders had pulled Webb onto a raft after he fell at roughly 2:30 p.m. earlier than taking him to a rock to carry out CPR till medics arrived.
