Evacuations in effect for the Rum Creek Fire in southwest Oregon – Wildfire Today

The Rum Creek Fireplace 14 miles northwest of Grants Go, Oregon has grown to 10,709 acres because it began from lightning on August 17. The hearth is burning in very steep, distant, rugged terrain on each side of the Rogue River. It has unfold upriver to Galice and east to Stratton Creek. Spot fires have occurred two miles down vary.
